Which channel should you use?

We run no centralized forum of our own — forums die when one maintainer gets busy, and the Perfex CRM ecosystem already has strong independent places to ask questions. Here is where to go for each type of conversation:

  • Bug reports and feature requests → GitHub Discussions. That is where the maintainers read every thread and where release notes get drafted.
  • n8n workflow questions → the n8n community forum. Broader audience, faster replies on workflow logic, and our team is subscribed to Perfex-tagged threads.
  • General Perfex CRM help → the Perfex Support Developers Network or the Facebook Perfex CRM Users group. They cover hosting, modules, and install issues that are not specific to our module.
  • Node-specific issues (credentials, expression syntax, version mismatches) → the n8n-nodes-perfexcrm GitHub issue tracker.
  • Private, licensed support → email support, with guaranteed response times on the Professional and Extended tiers.

We moderate our own GitHub repos actively (code of conduct, no spam, security disclosures go through a separate private channel). Each external community has its own rules — please read and respect them when posting on our behalf or about our module.
